An excellent heat conductor resulting in less energy consumption because of heat recovery and avoiding heat loss by radiation

The main reason to apply aluminum is often the favorable combination of a relatively low weight with high strength. In addition, aluminum can be quickly assembled and it is also recyclable. It can be re-melted several times without sacrificing quality. The residual material from the production process is also 100% recycled.

At Aliplast Aluminium Extrusion, everything is done under one roof: from idea to matrix drawing, from billet to extrusion, from surface treatment to the powder coating of the profiles, from insulating and packaging, to the arrangement of transport in Europe, from the high north to the deep southland.
This way, we get full control over our production chain and our departments are better attuned to each other.

CONTINUOUS INVESTMENT

Aliplast Aluminium Extrusion continues to invest in capacity, productivity and quality. The existing machine fleet is renewed where appropriate, and further expanded. Some examples: the past few years the existing press in Belgium got a new oven and cooling and a new spray booth was placed in the vertical coating line. For new 8" 2800 Ton presses came in our plant in Poland, in the U.K., in Portugal and in France. That brings the total to 15 extrusion presses.
